Kanapaha Botanical Garden (Gainesville, Fla.) Consists of 24 major collections that can be seen from 1 mile pavement. These include the state's largest bamboo public exhibit and the largest herb garden in the south east. Some of the gardens in Kanapaha are organized by taxonomy laws, others are showing the principles of ecology and natural selection. Kanapaha Botanical Garden is the best wedding hall in Gainesville, offering indoor and outdoor rental services including wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, conferences, leisure venues, conferences and other social events. The symbolic plants of Kanapaha include the Royal Chinese Bamboo (Yellow Bamboo), and in the warmer months a huge Victorian water lily and Asian snake's aunt. The month with the most color is from June to September. Many special events are held in Kanapaha throughout the year, including Bamboo Sale and North Central Florida Top Gardening Event - Spring Garden Festival.
