Affordable medical law (ACA) was passed in March 2010 to help more Americans join health insurance. According to the new law, all Americans must join health insurance or pay a fine.

Regional issues: There is a regional organization to work in every town, they are dying for volunteers. Google will search for "yourtown yourissue" or "yourstate yourissue". Or contact the DSA or our revolution to see if someone knows the local organization about your problem. Or hell, post a comment on this article, I will try to find it if I found it, if any. Another way of organizing is to create your own group. It starts with you and others and can communicate via e-mail. Alternatively, you can create a Facebook group, Google group, Slack group, or Twitter account. Creating groups with multiple channels tends to make the illusion greater than people, so it's fun.
