A memorial award was established to mark Dustin Dale Worthington. Dustin is 17 years old and likes to work with cattle until he died on April 4, 2000. This award is a heifer cow submitted to a 4-H or FFA member for her or his award-winning her county paper.

Awards will be announced on Mercer County Promotion Office on April 4 every year. The Fund began in two counties in 2000, now it has expanded to several distinct counties and awarded two 4-H and one FFA across the state. The goal of the Worthington family is to finally respect Dustin in all counties including Kentucky.

Dustin has been active in Sprout since 2007 and is leading the organization's networking, knowledge sharing, and citizen participation activities. Dustin Burley is running in District 53 of the Kentucky State Assembly. After graduating from Anderson County High School in 2007, Dustin worked at schools, factories, fast food restaurants and retail stores. Dustin is currently working in a nursery in Georgetown, Kentucky, and has completed child development assistant (CDA) for kindergarten, toddler and toddler. Dustin advocates affordable health care for families and children, economics, gender equality, pensioners, teachers and students, and for everyone. He is looking forward to serving by representing and protecting their needs to the best interests of people in the 53rd district.
