Africa is the second largest continent in the world. The earliest human beings we know are in Africa.

Folktales collection from Africa includes four books in 88 stories: 28 South African folklore, 40 Nigerian folklore and 10 Tanzanian folklore.

A new collection of African and African American folk tales written by folklorologist Scholar Maria Tartar and African American cultural expert Henry Lewis Gates. I have not read it yet, but it is based on the reputation of the scholars concerned and the following people. Deep New York Times commentary (available from here) I certainly plan it. African novelists such as Chinasa Cave often introduce oral stories such as stories proverbs, songs, myths, folktales, fairy tales, animal fables, anecdotes, folk songs and the like to literature.
