Welcome to My Neighborhood - The Good Man

Many Americans are living privileged lives. They can not link to the frightening things that city youth can endure everyday. To help American sympathy, children's books are children's books that use actual experience of drug abuse, violence and hunger in downtown children. The book "Welcome to my neighbor" contains three illustrations, "Good people" at bedtime, "Dinner time", "My old brothers". One is violence and one is starvation, all the stories of fearful reality are realized with the words of a child, but it is placed in a form that everyone can reach. This is a book written by a child, but it is not suitable for children. This book was asked to donate time, money, power to distribute to key decision makers, funders, and media and to help end these stories.

Today, after waving to my neighbor for 14 years and doing hundreds of conversations near my own East Mesa, they came back. Young families and retired old people visited the sidewalk during the walk in the morning, building a vibrant community where children and dogs fight each other on the lawn. It takes time to build a community, but it is the foundation of all the advantages of the world.

Two weeks before Thanksgiving, I noticed a new logo sponsored by San Jose City in a park near my house. "Welcome to St. James Park" is written. "Thank you for helping the people in need." There are several important proposals such as the name of a nearby church or small food bank, a weekly hot meal, a toiletry for the park's homelessness, and a community How members provide support. Last April, my husband and I moved from Austin to San Jose. We will take the same reasons as many other people - better job opportunities. We lived in a small gray cottage built in the 1940s. Near the city center, the majestic Victorian mansion was devastated. Most of the neighboring houses have been cut down into living spaces for their families and short-term rental houses. From the window you can see the original crown shape, a window of stained glass, crystal chandelier.

I like to see the figure of an angel. On the windows of my church 's stained glass, the angels at the top of the Christmas tree, Seraphim and magnificent horn are always welcomed. Occasionally I went to a nearby religious store and had angel statues of various shapes and sizes. But I am very convinced that angels are really people who really need guidance, protection or encouragement. In 2009, at a bookstore like my house, the views on my angels changed dramatically. I often go to this bookstore and bring a little peace to my busy life. It has a warm and relaxing atmosphere, and I like to take books from the shelves and sit down and read.
