Life Summer Youth Employment Program promotes career development and personal growth. This program employs teenagers from 16 to 19 years of age and works for Lifespan Hospital or Lifespan Corporate Services for 8 weeks. This is a useful program for teenagers who got 8 weeks of professional experience, professional skills and salary in the summer. But it also enriches Lifespan employees who will lead young teachers, mentors, mentors young workers. In that 14 years, the program helped more than 850 young people at risk.
