We provide education and training seminars that enable the community not only to cultivate their own food but also to make a sustainable livelihood. Our course is popular among residents, from landscape design, ecosystem, compost making to wildlife gardening, fruit tree grafting and cold frames for architecture. Our mentors are experts in their field and you will acquire valuable skills that you can use to change your home, community space and apply to the green market.

Founded in 1999 in Irvine, California, The Incredible Edible Park offers fresh organic produce of nearly 100,000 pounds per year to poor people. Built on an unused amusement park, The Incredible Edible Park is 7.5 acres in size, with a variety of edible crops and 80 fruit trees. This park saves about $ 4,500 per year in Irvine weed management and is maintained and managed by community volunteers. And we donate food to the 2nd Harvest Food Bank and provide service to about 200,000 people a year. Sports of sustainability and community spirit, an incredible food park was the first of its kind and affected other community gardens to spread across the country.
As if it is a haystack needle, edible fruit trees are rarely found in all undiscovered species. In addition, new fruits from the wild are difficult to eat. All the fruits we eat today are the result of great effort and perseverance of our ancestors who have bred these plants for generations. The fruit grows with humans and it takes time to respond to his desires: juicy and sweet meat. On one hand, humans do not care about fruit seeds, they are only interested in meat and their nutritional value. On the other hand, trees do not care about the flesh and taste of the fruit, unless it can not keep his seed away from it and can not have descendants in new areas. From the human point of view, wild fruits are not very attractive and can not be sold. This is why ethnic botanists cooperate with local farmers and gardeners to identify crop-related plants and fruit trees that are not completely seasoned.
Existing groups / companies provide expertise and information on organic foods such as incredible food networks and Scottish Soil Association. They encourage organic farming and welcome new participants to their group.
