REALTOR®, REALTORS®, and REALTOR® logos are managed by the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and identify real estate experts of CREA members. MLS®, MultipleListingService®, and related logo trademarks are owned by CREA and determine the quality of service provided by real estate professionals who are members of CREA.

Many people can use the terms "real estate agent" and "real estate agent" in the same sense, but in reality it is not. Both are authorized to support buyers and sellers through real estate transactions, but real estate agents are members of the National Association of Real Estate Management (NAR) and adhere to strict ethical standards. NAR is the largest industry association in the United States and has 1.3 million members and is a salesperson, broker, real estate management company, appraiser, consultant and other residential and commercial real estate industry participants.

The term "REALTOR®" is a registered trademark of the National Association of Realtors. This is ownership of licensed real estate agents and real estate agents. In order to use this title, they belong to the NAR and must be excellent. Although this is not a necessary condition for doing business, there are many advantages to joining our trading group. Real estate agents fulfill the same functions and duties as other real estate agents and must comply with specific ethical guidelines. The Code of Ethics outlines the 17 standards that real estate agents must obey and often sets them as higher behavioral standards than non-affiliated vendors. Remember that real estate agents and real estate agents follow the same legal standards. Ethics rules are designed to impose additional moral rules, not legal rules.
