After reading Andrew Braaksma's 'lesson of assembly line' I was glad that I chose this reading. I think that the main purpose of this choice is to cause a difference between university and work. The author seems to want readers to think about different struggles of each topic. He seems to concentrate more on getting easier at school. He also pointed out that work is much more difficult for him. The author talked about guilt about his situation. He feels guilty and knows that he can return to school when there is no choice other than besides working at the factory. I also mention the importance of staying at school. It is important to note that if you are at school and study hard, you will have a better future than factory assembly line workers. Considering the viewpoint of the author, I thought it was wonderful. There is a difference in telling them over and over again to do something and I really understand why you are being remembered. It is the only important thing to complete 10 weeks as long as you try reading and reading everyday.
