Currently there is no county-level high school in Saint Augustine city, but Saint Augustine High School, Pedro Menendez High School and St. John's Industrial High School are nearby. The Florida Hearing Impaired School for the Blind was founded in the city in 1885 and is a national boarding school for hearing impaired and blind schools. The Saint Augustine Catholic Diocese runs the oldest Catholic high school in St. Joseph College in Florida.
