We Matter: The Basic Needs of All Animals

Global warming is becoming dangerous as it actually destroys most of the Arctic animals that can not survive in hot places. It will be a problem for other animals. Compatible temperature, it primarily forces the movement and adjustment of animals to adapt to shelter. Destruction is like a threat to global warming and destruction fundamentally destroys assets. For example, we destroy trees, blow up caves to obtain resources, and build cities in the plain.

Homo sapiens is the most dominant species ever living on the planet. Like all the other animals, we have a basic need. That is the need for evacuation centers that affect the environment we share with animals. Humans have been building houses and villages for centuries, but the recent trend shows how population is integrated into densely populated urban areas. In the beginning of the 20th century, only 10% lived in the city. By 2000, this century has increased to 50%. Approximately 70% of humans are estimated to live in cities by 2050 (UN, 1996). We are all driven by the basic needs of mankind. Regardless of the research you follow or your favorite expert in this field, it results in a common need like certainty, attribution, growth, change and contribution. It is important to understand that these are requirements, not simply "needs." It is not a conscious decision of anyone, regardless of what we need or whether it is necessary. Everyone needs certainty, sense of belonging, growth consciousness and so on. This fact is very important for the performance of every organization, but it is widely ignored. The equation is simple.
