We Do NOT Need the Death Penalty

Godalf, a powerful wizard of Lord of the Rings, reminds us, "Many people should die when they live and some dead people should get their lives" (Torkin 92). In our society there is an argument to support and oppose the management of the death penalty. This article lists some arguments against the death penalty. In times when advanced technology supports collection and interpretation of evidence, there is still a mistake in our legal management and decision-making, which is incredible.

"The death penalty is cruel and inhuman ... It is not necessary to be sentenced to death because the death penalty can provide us with appropriate social protection measures (Mappes, T and Zembatti, J: pg .109). When we keep wildlife, I think that it is not so inhumane and cruel to deprive someone's lives and cover them. Our judicial system is inappropriate If there is a mistake, the abolitionist will counterattack and add, but if it turns out later that the person is not guilty, it is impossible to regain lives from the dead, it can not be taken back from the deceased Although there are people, even in our legal system crime based on expertise has been set up in the courts, we have never tried a trial against such a crime.

My investigation on capital punishment is one of the most controversial issues in the criminal justice system. Today, there are many pros and cons for this death penalty. However, if people correctly weigh their claims and show sympathy for the victims, they are more likely to support the death penalty. In fact, most people in the US today agree with this. However, more states are needed to enforce the death penalty. In my opinion, I agree with the death penalty because we can save innocent lives. Professor Hug said that life is very scary for me. My innocent nephew, Sean Burgado, was shot dead on the chest with a gun and did not make a final statement or a will before his death. The executioner can see the T.V. and enjoy the life of 20 years before being executed. They can prepare their death through will and final statements. The murder of Sean remains unresolved, and the killer enjoys life somewhere.
