In our society there is an argument to support and oppose the management of the death penalty. This article lists some arguments against the death penalty. In times when advanced technology supports collection and interpretation of evidence, there is still a mistake in our legal management and decision-making, which is incredible.

However, more states are needed to enforce the death penalty. In my opinion, I agree with the death penalty because we can save innocent lives. Professor Hug said that life is very scary for me. My innocent nephew, Sean Burgado, was shot dead on the chest with a gun and did not make a final statement or a will before his death. The executioner can see the T.V. and enjoy the life of 20 years before being executed. They can prepare their death through will and final statements. The murder of Sean remains unresolved, and the killer enjoys life somewhere.
