We Are All Important

People sometimes forget the importance of all of us to society, but it is very common. We seem to care only about ourselves. What we do, earning much is more important than anything else. One thing I learned was that it is the most important value in life and not underestimating people. Whatever we do, we are all important. As a surgeon's architect and lawyer, even houseworkers, teachers, and garbage collectors are doing important work. Please imagine that the garbage decided to continue striking.

Everyone should be respected in their own way. We all have personal life. In our own private life and family, we are an important part of our environment. Mother, father, Bread Winner, or mentor. Each of us has our own identity and self-esteem. This should be respected even in the workplace. Learning how to become an excellent talent manager is essential for future management trainees. In the world of static rotation, we are all trivial, but for every continuous rotation we are all important. We all know that participation by vibrant mature ecosystems such as Silicon Valley usually provides a unique competitive advantage for all participants. There are a number of important factors that can help the ecosystem prosper and proceed to such a stage; some of them are regulatory framework, government support, availability of talent and resources, norms and Culture, and the existence of many successful participants. We can not control these elements always or directly, but we can reliably control our thoughts and actions.
