Bad city housing conditions are worldwide problems, but the situation in developing countries is the worst. The purpose of this paper is to explain the relationship between housing and education in the knowledge society of Europe and finally try to find the causal relation between these variables. Our research leads to important conclusions: Two variables of education and housing are neither linear nor directly related; there is an intermediate variable between them: poverty.
