Water Crisis

The water crisis on the west side is out of control. The average American house uses about 300 gallons of water a day (green). According to the United Nations Development Program, "Americans take a shower for five minutes to use more people than slums in developing countries" (Green) Women in Western countries are easier to compare with people in developing countries. A country that can spend 200 million hours a day for living water (green). The World Health Organization / UNICEF estimates that the human resources of 28 Empire State Buildings per day are equivalent.
