Introduction In my article, I would like to investigate whether the Cold War is an unavoidable event or an event that may have been avoided. The conclusion of World War II has become an important factor as it created the new world, the United States and the Soviet Union opposed each other, the two superpowers tried to transcend each other. Another important factor is their personality, I would like to investigate further from the point of view of the Soviet Union and of course from the US point of view. I think that it is important to understand the nature of these two countries in order to understand the overall meaning of the Cold War as there is no clear definition of whether the Cold War is an unavoidable event.

What is the cause of the Cold War? The Cold War from the end of the Second World War in 1991 to the collapse of the Soviet Union was one of the most important political events of the 20th century. Historians tend to regard American hostility as "cold war". A more traditional view blames the Soviet Union for responsibility. However, in the most common Cold War opinion, basically we believe this is a conflict between the two superpowers caused by the Soviet invasion. In fact, this "war" is the Democratic Party and the Communist Party government, East and West, and most importantly it is a tense political confrontation between the United States of America and the Soviet Union. After all, because the possibility of such nuclear attacks is frightening America, the Soviet Union has accumulated a lot of electricity and nuclear weapons.
