W. E. B. Dubois founded the magazine "Crisis" in 1910 as the highest crusader of civil rights. The first subtitle is "Dark Race Record" to explore groundbreaking ways to share intellectual and artistic works of colorful people with important issues faced by the African American community It was a crisis. In the first decade, the "crisis" concentrated on critical issues like Lynch and World War I. From 1920 to 1921, Dubois also published a child version for the "crisis" called "Brown Book". This is the first magazine in American history, especially for black youth.
During the crisis, Dubois disputed the racist behavior of constituency leaders. When President Shaw declared in 1911 that "all blacks opposed the women's suffrage," Dubois opposed "naked lies" and criticized the poor outreach of the organization to the black community. Du Bois denied discrimination at the latest annual general meeting when the show said that blacks were not discriminated by NAWSA. However, despite obvious shortcomings DuBois encouraged his readers to support the movement. "We tend to oppose this principle because we do not want to join us with the motive power of most white women's problems but we are confronted with rights issues, that is, personal hatred Do not forget that you do not have a status. "Written in 1915. The crisis editors not only nominated the leaders who did not support the female colored women and humiliated, they warned them.
