Recently SportTechie talked with Venezuela 's Olympic volleyball player Carlos Luna on his life after retirement in American sports analysis and technology conference, and Luna seems to be a coach right now. Carlos Luna's career as a professional volleyball player covers almost half of the world and more than half of his life. He is a member of the golden generation of Venezuelan men's volleyball player and won the 2003 Santo Domingo Pan American Games and participated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Outside his national team, Luna offers professional competitions for clubs in Italy, Greece, Argentina, Japan, Spain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Finland and Venezuela.
The history of the Olympic volleyball dates back to the 1924 Paris Summer Olympics, where volleyball is part of an American sports demonstration. However, it was based on FIVB and several mainland coalitions after World War II. A special competition to support this request was held at the 53rd IOC meeting held in Sofia, Bulgaria in 1957. The competition was successful and sports was officially launched in 1964. The Olympic Committee initially gave up the volleyball of the 1968 Olympic Games to welcome protests.
In 1942, volleyball was introduced to the Olympic Games, but it was only as an exhibition sports. It is soon loved by all fans, and many different countries are beginning to develop their own team. Finally, at the Tokyo Olympic Games in 1964, volleyball became the Olympic sports official sports. I am strongly sponsored by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). Beach volleyball will also participate in the Olympic Games. Soon, beach volleyball began its own life. In 1992, it was introduced to the Olympics as exhibition sports. In addition, like indoor volleyball, fans like it, and many other countries have developed teams. At the Atlanta Olympics in 1996, beach volleyball became the Olympic sports official sports.
