Voices from Vietnam

This reader's evaluation of this book is average. This is a well-written book, but it may not attract some people. If the reader is familiar with the war, this would be a great book. This reader thinks that it is interesting, but not so attractive. This book is mainly an introduction or dialogue from a war man. This is a very different writing style, but it is very interesting. Many veterans know the interesting story to tell and the way you feel during the war.

The main voice of the Clausewitz school was Colonel of the US Army and the Korean War / Vietnam War Veterinarian Harry Summers, the 1982 book "Strategy: Critical Analysis of the Vietnam War" became an instant masterpiece in the military. The reason can easily be understood. Mr. Summers believes that private policy makers, not military bureaucrats, have lost war without paying attention to the rebellion of South Vietnam, not Hanoi, the capital of North Vietnam.
