The term "immediate response" was added to the warning message of the 2008 Annual Report (VT, 2010). The campus community "notifies" immediately after confirming a serious emergency or dangerous situation threatens the health or safety of students or employees on campus as long as the notice does not affect the management work of the emergency (VT, 2010). Virginia Tech has made various changes to the interface between security infrastructure, information communication infrastructure, and university consulting services, academic work, judicial operations, and legislation (VT, 2010).

In recent Inclusive VT initiatives, Virginia Polytechnic University is recognized as the foundation of a university that received land subsidies and has the responsibility "to achieve the vision of providing access and education to the most vulnerable group in our country". Virginia Tech's "most vulnerable people" are not protected on campus. The Virginia Polytechnic Institute strongly insists on hiding behind the term "freedom of speech" and at least deals directly with this problem. Virginia law prohibits entrance to the University of Virginia University of Arts and Sciences, which is the most highly regarded public higher education institution in the state. In 1970, the first woman was hospitalized only by court order to the hospital. - Kilstein v. Virginia University President and Visitor, 309 F. Supp. 184 (E.D. Va. 1970). Congressional activity on this issue is increasing, and in 1971 the House of Representatives released several educational bills including sex discrimination proposals. In the Senate, Senators Birch Bayh (Indiana State) and George McGovern (South Dakota State) revised a comprehensive educational proposal prohibiting gender discrimination in higher education programs. In general, the five proposals of the House of Representatives, the Senate, and the White House - these are all - are suggesting to end gender discrimination in education. I believe that more and more people should end gender discrimination in education, but there is little agreement on the best way to achieve this goal.

Article 9 is federal law passed in 1972. According to the US Department of Education, it aims to protect people of educational programs from sex discrimination. In particular, Title IX focuses on 10 major areas: Higher Education, Vocational Education, Parenting and Child Care Education, Employment, Learning Environment, Mathematics and Science, Sexual Harassment, and Standardized Tests and Techniques. Students who have engaged in special projects or internship have made significant progress in a short period of time since its establishment. Students are divided into several groups, each focusing on different kinds of projects. These projects include social media promotion, website design, event planning and video production.
