Biography of Vincent van Gogh Vincent van Gogh was born in the Netherlands in 1853. Before becoming a seminary seminary student in Amsterdam, Van Gogh was doing a variety of work. Vincent Willem Van Gogh was born in Zundert, the Netherlands on March 30, 1853 and died on French Auvers-sur-Oise on July 29, 1896. Van Gogh has two brothers, Theo Van Gogh and Cornelis Vincent van Gogh. He also has three sisters, Will Van Gogh, Elizabeth Hubertà du Quesne van Gogh and Anna Cornelia van Gogh. Vancent Van Gogh also has an older brother in Van Gogh. He grew up with his mother (Anna Carbentus van Gogh) and his father (Theodorus van Gogh).
