Village Experience

Through TVE, we spent a lot of time to understand people and their villages. Furthermore, we like the exposure of children. We want them to understand that the world is huge and that we can do small things that can greatly influence others.

Being able to experience local culture, meet people and support TVE project is part of my favorite TVE trip. I am most influenced by the food plan for the elderly in Guatemala and the influence of pure happiness I saw when we sent the food.

I participated in 3 TVE trips, 2 Guatemala trips and 1 trip to Kenya. I am attracted to directly affecting the community in which you chose to help. It is my favorite TVE trip to see immersed in the community and see that your donation has a positive influence on people

I always wanted to go to Egypt, but only one or two did not feel safe. I like how these trips are organized and planned according to the interests of the country. I'm very happy to be able to find a small group of women who are mainly women and have the same interests. This is a very stress free trip

Rural tourism was developed with a simple concept, but many people will provide tourists with knowledge and a wonderful experience. In general, tourism in the village introduces the experience of exploring rural life, such as introducing village culture and tradition, traditional food tasting in the village, participation in activities that are indigenous villagers, to visitors We provide tourism activities aimed to provide. The existence of the concept of rural tourism has a positive impact on the community, which in turn brings the effect of increasing travel, and the community can be a guide for visitors to all the tourism activities of the village. Communities can also benefit from family home accommodations in their homes, and they can make souvenirs of crafts, these are typical village arts

The rural experience combines the elements of rural life and medical care. For me this includes an internship in the morning at a local hospital in a small town in San Miguel, which is a wonderful opportunity to learn how Philippine rural medicine works. That is also what I did for 2 days - including providing basic medical training for the village I have been doing for 2 days. These are really interesting; when I pass the translation - Ross - I do not know how much I spend when I speak - but soon I will notice that many children understand English more than before .

The simplicity of the villagers left me a deep impression. Recently I recently visited a potter, Pal Para, a suburb of Dhaka, a part of the trip along the Bangshi River. The old villagers relaxed by bank banks, wearing simple Muslims. They greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel special even if we landed. Next, I met a goldsmith's handmade silver and gold jewelry group. There is absolutely no attempt to sell anything to us; they do not take advantage of the excessive benefits of groups of tourists. Instead, they share their products with us, they will be able to explain their crafts to them, and they will not be disappointed when we finally do not purchase products from them. This is different from urban people. Even if they do not need, we will not lose the opportunity to sell their products.
