It was September 11, 2001. In the morning it begins just like everyone else. People go to work, schools meet, companies do business. It will be over soon. Around 8:46 AM, a lot of smoke was generated in the North Tower of the World Trade Center in New York. America was attacked, and this is only the initial goal. Later genocide will deprive the lives of 2,977 Americans outside New York City, Washington, DC and Shanksville, Pennsylvania (CNN Library). But the winner will soon come out of the ruins.

Victims and winners are not so different. They are under trial. I'm hurt. They are struggling. The difference is what they see what they are facing. The victim managed to blame. The winner takes responsibility. When you find a solution and train your brain to build personal responsibility, victory becomes easier. When you know who we are, we rarely try to become something we should not do. Our possibilities are infinite, but everyone is due to the greatness of the individual. This greatness comes from the full use of our strengths. When focusing on what we can contribute, the opinions of others will become increasingly important. Our focus needs to be narrowed and our opinion needs to be far away

Southwest Airlines Flight # 1380 recently had a unique opportunity to become a victim or winner with a 30,000 ft engine failure. Passengers and crews can choose what they mean for their experiences. Are they victims of negligence (not discovered or recognized by the NTB yet) or are they aware of the importance of every moment more than now? The tragedy of the passengers of the women sitting in the 14th row is a pain. The courage to take her back to other passengers in the room at risk of her own safety becomes encouraging. The resilience of nurses and other people who received cardiopulmonary resuscitation is worthy of praise. The captain, co-pilot and crew did not upset and decided to land the aircraft safely. They are real heroes
