Currently, protection orders are only available for victims of domestic violence in ordinary courts. However, there is no timeframe for violence to occur - it occurs not only in 9 to 5 clock cycles but also occurs. Therefore, I propose to introduce the district council members a law that gives the authority to impose a temporary deterrence order on domestic violence suspects. It is important to note that victims may not be completely protected until the judicial and public safety official's false impression on proper issuance and enforcement of protection orders is denied.
Victims of domestic violence enjoy special rights. Landlords have limited right to exile victims of domestic violence. In addition, victims of domestic violence are not victims of domestic violence, they may ask the landlord to divide the lease and expel abusers. The victim can also ask the owner to change the lock. However, the landlord is entitled to proof of domestic violence. The landlord shall not refuse to rent a house of victims of domestic violence. Although it is legal to use casual marijuana in California from 1 January 2018, landlord does not need to use marijuana for his property. Proposition 64 explicitly acknowledges that owners of private property prohibit the use and cultivation of cannabis against their property. If the landlord is planning to prohibit or partially limit the use of marijuana with his property, the lease contract should obviously state the owner's policy on marijuana.
Victims of domestic abuse form "strong emotional bonds", but those who abuse them are more responsible and compassionate. After the relationship is over, these emotions may last for many years, make the victim feel very guilty, even even contravenes their best interests. Like other victims of domestic violence I have worked with, I am also saddened by my abuses of my predecessor. I think it awful, I left him, I am worried about him. I know these feelings are absurd, they coexist with my strong hatred against him. The way I programed myself was to write down the ten worst things he did to me. Whenever I begin to feel sympathy with him, I will end my letter and accept my anger of justice. I have to recall that this person gave me a very real and serious damage.
