As long as the intention is not to shorten the person's lifespan, the Western diet is completely wrong. Americans will always find excessive amounts of meat and dairy products. This may not seem like a crime - it is a treason for their body. What people do not realize is that they allow unnecessary trans fat, multiple carcinogens, and harmful bacteria to enter the bloodstream. This may cause numerous complications in later life. However, if people avoid eating fruits and vegetables meat and dairy products, the health benefits of this dietary habit will be amazing.
For the same reason, not all vegetarians are full vegetarians. Some of us started eating only plants, I did not care about our health. Plant-based diet is not synonymous with fully vegetarian lifestyle, but it can lead to full vegetarian lifestyle. Many people feel that it is easier to relate to the plight of animals raised after they stop eating. Some people become vegetarian due to the environmental impact of factory agriculture such as emission of greenhouse gases, dead zones of the ocean, consumption of water and cultivable land, deforestation by grazing, pollution by runoff of waterways. Many of us are old-fashioned vegetarians: We conclude that using animals for food, clothing, labor or entertainment is immoral. Even if you consider vegan lifestyle for other reasons it is difficult to deny that people working in livestock industry suffer from dangerous and eerie working conditions and wages are low.
I follow what I call Vegan lifestyle. Based on this, the lifestyle assumes "whole edible plants" (WFPB) diet. Diet is different from simple vegetarian diet (which is driven only by the ideology of ethical issues). Because it focuses on foods that are as close as possible to the natural uncertain state. Meals include not only all animal products such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, but also processed foods, refined sugar, oils and salts. Lifestyle is also vegetarian as it ultimately eliminates consumption of non-edible animal byproducts such as leather, wool, feathers, silk etc (more articles in the future)
