Variables Affecting Nursing Students' Competencies As undergraduate nursing students enter the ability tests, their performance is affected by various factors. Students are also likely to be affected (Cherry & Jacob, 2002) depending on how the examinees choose, test feelings, and lifestyle. The anxiety indicated by the students during the test can be explained by the lack of understanding of the necessary skills, but as the students feel uneasy this may be a false accusation (Pfeil, 2003).
Descriptive analysis of this variable reflects the distribution around the normal curve. Average scores of fear of nursing students were moderate to high (c = 3.35, SD 0.64, Asim.-0, 12). It is my death that the students are the most scared. The highest score on the subscale corresponds to the fear of death by others, which is the same for the overall score and each study level (Table 1). Table 2 shows an explanation of the difference between the scale of death of fear and socio-cultural factors. Variables significantly related to fear death include the level of research, sex, and the degree of preparation for the subject of death. Regarding the level of learning, the results after Tukey 's test show that third - year students have a big difference in the sense that they are more afraid of death, while carriers in the fourth and fifth years are much lower . The coefficient of determination of this relational expression is 18% (η 2 = 0.18).

Students are also likely to be affected (Cherry & Jacob, 2002) depending on how the examinees choose, test feelings, and lifestyle. For the formal evaluation to be reliable, the evaluation must fulfill these three requirements. The first requirement is reliability. Reliability is the consistency of test results. To determine if the test is reliable, use the test - Test with Reliability Retest. Test - Reliability retest measures only the correlation between the scores of the same persons in the same test performed on two different occasions. (Gerrig)
Dependent variables are passed by NCLEX - RN. Independent variables include GPA pre-care and GPA given at the end of the nursing program, age, sex, and ATI predictive score. These academic and non-academic variables have been used in previous studies and are associated with successful prospective and important predictors of NCLEX (Gilmore, 2008; Frith et al., 2008; Truman, 2012; Wolkowitz, 2009). Quantitative studies were conducted to determine the relationship between variables (Lodico, Spaulding, & Voegtle, 2010). There are two types of related designs, interpretation and prediction. The descriptive design used in this study is an associative design to check whether a change in one variable affects the change in one or more variables (Creswell, 2012).
