Values

We can not underestimate the importance of value, they shape our inner dynamics (Kollmuss, & Agyeman, 2002, p. 251). By observing the importance of value, we can see the interaction behind people's behavior. Society often considers natural environment to be usable, and a set of resources are available for consumption (Cohen, 2006, p. 13). Our value system creates huge environmental damage. And just by changing our values, we can confront this trend. Our Western values ​​and American values ​​are inwarded, especially by the country and individuals.

Work value = moral value + business value In most organizations, ethical values ​​such as integrity, integrity, fairness, respect are included in value. At that value, many companies also recognize standards such as innovation, employee and customer service. These attributes are effective organizational goals or methods of operation, but are business value not moral value. For example, even the worst innovator in a company, no unethical behavior is born.

Moral values ​​are relative values ​​that protect life and respect the dual living value of self and others. There is one thing in common with great moral values ​​such as truth, freedom, charity group. They protect life or enhance life when they function properly. But they are still relative values. We must constantly check the relative ethical values ​​to ensure that they always fulfill our mission of protecting our lives. Even the Marine Corps' core values ​​of 'honor, courage, and devotion' need to be reviewed in this regard. Courage can be a foolish martyr, promises can be irrational fanatics, and honor is self-righteous, meditative, and rude.
