Values are the Army's Code of Honor

Value is the honorary platform of the military and I think that it is a good idea to ask us to wear around the neck by attaching the military core values ​​to plastic dog tags. This is a reminder of who we are and what we are. But more importantly, it reminds the soldier what to look for among their leaders. Perhaps this is the anger of many leaders and enough to write letters and articles about how uncomfortable they are when they recall the military values. No one gains value by giving cards, labels, or anything else with a list of values.

When I was in the West Point and the Army, we continued to study leadership. But we are living in ethics. It goes into us everyday. Respect the code. Military Values ​​I currently work at The Mission, and we work with mission-led companies and ethical leaders. Naturally our founder is a veteran of the military.

Military value First of all, there are seven military values, seven of which have loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, honesty, and personal courage. As you read this article, you will learn about the military definition and what these values ​​mean by myself. In the first paragraph we turn into loyalty and in the last paragraph we explain my personal opinion on all military values ​​and end this article. Loyalty means loyalty and loyalty to the US Constitution. Leadership will analyze the theme of innovative leadership. The development of Change Leadership theory will be explained first. It then emphasizes what good innovative leaders should do and how they motivate their followers. Finally, it is worth discussing why some people refuse to follow the transformational leaders.

We follow the values ​​of the Army. The best military award in the country is the Medal of Honor. This award is given to soldiers who use honor as a matter of everyday life - cultivating habit of glory and strengthening this custom through all the value choices that they do. Honor is the value of execution, behavior and respect for life, responsibility, loyalty, selfless service, honesty and personal courage in all things you do. Do what is legitimate and ethically correct. Integrity is the quality of development of your ethical principle. Do not say anything to deceive others to ask that you do it for you. As sincerity increases, the trust of others will also increase. The more options you make based on integrity, the more appreciated value will affect your family and friends relationships, and finally your own basic acceptance.
