Vallathol is known as the traditional Keralite dance form Kathakali that regained its vibrancy. He founded Kerala Kalamandalam in Cheruthuruthy near the bank of Bharathapuzha and played a prominent role. In the state of Kerala in modern times catalog art revived mainly due to the efforts of Ballastall and Kerala Random in Kerala State.
