2018-19 For the application of undergraduate course, the following question is included. All four questions are necessary for a complete application. The answer to each question is limited to 120 words

Please briefly explain the groups, organizations and communities that you are participating in. This is a special field you are interested in, why? How long have you been involved? What role do you play? What kind of contribution did you make to this group? Can you influence others or influence decision making to achieve the team's profit?

Please explain what involvement or witnessing discriminatory behavior. How did you respond? Do you want others to react differently? Does this situation cause any changes based on this event? Also did you play a part in this change? What did you learn from this experience?

Describe examples of ways you can greatly influence others, fulfill leadership roles, help resolve disputes, and contribute to team goals. Please briefly explain the personal goals you set for yourself. Why is this goal, what is the schedule to achieve this goal, and what contributed to this goal? Who are you seeking advice and help from anyone, what is their role, what do you know about yourself, and are you still trying to achieve this?
