Developmental reading comprehension evaluation (DRA) is an individual management assessment of children's reading comprehension. It is a tool the teacher uses to identify students' reading level, accuracy, fluency, and understanding. Once the level is decided, the teacher can use this information for educational planning purposes. DRA exams have traditionally been done annually or semi-annually. The test measured nine different reading behaviors and six types of errors. It was developed by the Board of Education in 1986 (and was revised in 2000 and 2003) to evaluate certain aspects of your child's reading.

Reading ability evaluation is the most common type of published reading test. In the most common reading comprehension evaluation, ask the child to read the appropriate paragraph for the child and then ask some clear and detailed questions about the text (usually called IRI). However, there are some changes in reading comprehension evaluation. For example, instead of a clear question about the facts being presented directly in the text, the child may be asked to answer inference questions about the information implied by the text, or the child's understanding may be tested by the ability to speak a story It will be.
