Both Jane Eyre and Wide Sargasso Sea are using ideas to reflect the meaning in the text. Charlotte Bronte chose to stick to Jane Eyre's narrator and recorded her journey of self discovery and finding love she needs the majority of life. On the other hand, Jean Rhys has changed his mind on Wide Sargasso Sea many times, but there is a similar story about the woman and her trying to find herself and the desire to be loved. Both authors have created amazing works that transcend generation of their messages and themes, but they explore them in different ways to create unique artworks.
