Introduction The purpose of this systematic review is to investigate the literature to determine the influence of music during sleep. Sleep is an important aspect of health and quality of life. Sleep disorders occur for various reasons such as stress, insomnia, sleep disorder, or elderly people. Children who are difficult to handle often have sleep problems (Koenig & Rudney, 2010). Hypersensitivity is associated with sleep disorders, specifically, children with tactile sensations have 25% more sleep disorders than colleagues (Shochat, Tzischinsky, & Engel-Yeger, 2009).

Music has been scientifically proved to be beneficial by reducing stress, enhancing vascular function, increasing sleep quality, and increasing cognitive abilities. But one thing that music does not improve is the ability to concentrate.
