The purpose of this article is to conduct personal evaluation of Indian culture. In addition, I will explain the five-dimensional model of Hofstede used to analyze Indian culture and talk about 5-dimensional model from my observation. Hofstede has identified five different cultural dimensions. These dimensions include power distance, individualism / collectivism, male / female nature, avoidance of uncertainty, and eventual long-term positioning. According to Hofstede, the distance of force is the first dimension, it is transformed into an unequal way of all individuals in society, and distribution of power has considerable inequality.
In this article we carefully consider Hofstede's cultural dimension model (Hofstede, 1984, 2003) and its potential use in analyzing and comparing services in different populations. Our idea is that by exploring different cultural aspects, we can adapt existing services more easily to those who use them. Geert Hofstede develops a model of six different dimensions that can be used to define culture as a "collective plan of mind distinguishing culture from members of one group or other group" and distinguish the countries. Using culture as a relatively fluid term, the model represents one of the ways of thinking, and the culture itself derives its meaning from a crowd comparison.
The cultural conflict of DaimlerChrysler can be analyzed using Hoffstead's cultural difference model. Hofstede's cultural difference model has five value dimensions for analyzing cultural differences. They are the dimensions of the distance of force, the dimension of avoidance of uncertainty, the individualism - the dimension of collectivism, the manhoodness - the dimensions of the temperament of feminist, and the long-term direction - the dimension of short-term direction. According to Figure 2, the short-term positioning of Germany and the United States is closely related as a result of power distance dimension, masculinity - female temperament, and long-term positioning. On the contrary, there is a big difference between individualism - collectivist side and uncertainty avoidance dimension.
In this article, we will briefly introduce five aspects of Hofstede's national culture, distance distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, masculinity, and long-term positioning. It shows and leads to previous concepts and research activities, and as it becomes a paradigm of comparative culture, subsequent research activities are built on it. This article highlights that the dimension depends on the degree of aggregation; it describes six distinctly different sizes found by Hofstede et al. I will learn about organizational culture. We warn you not to confuse the difference in value at the individual level. Finally, we are looking forward to researching the various aspects of national culture and the possible influence of the country's position in these cultures.
