Use of Helmets in Ohio

There are many rules and regulations that need to be kept when driving a car. Examples include fixing the seatbelt, checking the vehicle, and checking that the vehicle is functioning properly. These rules and regulations are designed to ensure driver's safety and reduce the possibility of car death. The safety of a motorcycle in Ohio still needs to be improved as you do not need to use a helmet when driving a motorcycle unless you are under 18 or a beginner rider.
