INTRODUCTION In the US and China, we have a long history of international relations, from enemies to competitors. China's global influence is a necessary condition for the future of polar regions. Before the financial crisis in 2008, the United States and China had a close relationship, but the United States adopted a one-sided foreign policy that focused on "the war with terrorism", alienating between the two countries did.
