Unlocking Chocolat Chocolat tells the story of Vianne Rocher and her six-year-old daughter Anouk who came to a village in France. Even after I arrived at a fictitious village, my mother and daughter kept a small and refined chocolate store La Celeste Praline. Vianne's chocolate soon became a popular spot in the town and changed the lives of the citizens greatly. But this is only the surface of an incredibly dynamic movie. INTRODUCTION: I am looking forward to see the sequel of Chocolat as a big fan of chocolat (and other Joan Harris books like Orange and Blackberry Wine's Five Quarters) books and movies. I read chocolate many years ago and some scenes were replaced by scenes in the movie but I still like this sequel very much. The development of the character is not as strong as the first novel, it seems that magic is dominant, but the story is interesting to me and interesting.
