In the fight against plagiarism, Turnitin.com is a valuable information source for American universities. However, on this site, we use computer algorithms to judge whether students have stolen their work and are being attacked by opponents alleging infringement of student's copyright recently. "I'm worried about the ethical issues of turnitin.com with writing teachers from many universities throughout the country," says Dr. Tabetha Adkins, assistant professor and writing director of the department of literature and linguistics. "Turnitin uses a database of student papers to compare papers submitted by teachers with existing papers in the database."

This reverse tragedy of the commons explains today 's America. Public universities become not only resources of the country but also resources of the country, bringing profits both domestically and internationally. The well-educated population is very fluid, and companies adopt and adopt well-educated employees nationwide or globally. As a result, federal support to public universities has increased in recent years, as the size of federal decision making and investment matches the scale of national use of public universities. At the same time, however, the nation's decision-making and investment scale is not consistent with the high adoption of educational standards and the national size of mobility, so the public support rate has declined sharply.

Each State of the United States has its own public university system, which is always a non-profit organization. New York State University and California State University are the largest public higher education systems in the United States, New York State University is the largest system including Community College, CSU is the largest community college. In most areas, there are commercial institutions for commercial or non-commercial purposes. Unlike many other countries, there are no national public universities outside the military school.
