Founded in 1891, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is a public liberal arts research university, the largest and most diverse university in Piedmont Triad, serving over 19,000 students. It was selected as "381 university" ranking of Princeton Review. He also served as Chairman of the NC English Teachers Association and continues to work at NCTE and CNC Teaching Asia Network. JEANNE M. McGLINN, a professor of pedagogy at the University of North Carolina at Asheville, teaches the literature of children and young people and instructs the practical experience of nine to twelve British licensed candidates. She is an executive officer of the NC English Teachers Association and IRA 's Children' s Literature and Reading SIG. She has written numerous articles in the field of youth literature, including a critical book about young writers, Ann Rinaldi.
