University of Prep (UPA) is located in Detroit, Michigan. The founder of the school is Assistant Secretary of the Department of Labor, Michigan Governor and Mayor of Detroit. In the autumn of 2001, the founder opened the University Academy and became the first large school outside Rhode Island.
