To some extent, women of different cultures are constantly under pressure to meet specific ideals. A new phenomenon in western society is to tell women that beauty is required. In other words, in order to be attractive, you need to be incredibly solid, but not muscular and big tits (Grogan 41). Unhealthy images of women's bodies continue to appear on almost every aspect of the media, but the impact of TV advertising is very strong. There are lots of influential advertisements, but Victoria's secret, my body-loving advertising campaign is particularly frightening.

A woman's body image that looks unhealthy is more general than an unhealthy male body image, but this may be just a mere recognition. This clarifies the reason why female body images are so common and rarely recognized male body images. When identifying it in men, the difference in relationship between these gender and negative body images is important. It is important to pay close attention to the image of the male body, just as you confirm and pursue that you are positive just like a woman. In this new era, the ideal body image will affect almost everyone, including men and women, people with different cultural backgrounds. It is always unhappy to the image of the body because it always leads to eating disorders, psychological distress, and most importantly, low self-esteem. This is because we tend to use unhealthy weight management behaviors such as not to eat to lose weight, because we want to have the same body image as the model drawn on the media. Therefore, as this problem affects individuals and society, it is important to take preventive and interventional measures to prevent and treat dissatisfaction with body images. Finally, the identification of research questions, especially among undergraduates, also makes more attention to investigate this problem.
