Understanding the House of Representatives

The House of Representatives is the result of a compromise of Connecticut in Virginia, learned from a former lecturer. The idea is that the delegates should be based on the population of each province, which means that larger countries represent more governments of smaller countries. Congress is the legislature of the US federal government, divided into the House and the Senate (Koestler-Grack, 2007: 18). In the United States, since the direct election in the Senate has lost this unique position, the House of Representatives was initially regarded as an institution representing the public.

The legislature is composed of two parliament buildings. The US Congress is a bicameral system, the Senate and the House of Representatives. The House of Representatives consists of 435 members, each representing the Congressional District. There are the most representatives in the state with the most population. Representatives representing the territory of the United States are also members of the House of Representatives. The Senate consists of 100 members. Regardless of geographical size and population, each of the 50 states elected two senators. Senators are elected every six years. The Senate approves the President's appointment by confirming that the appointed person is entitled to retain its status.

Both the House of Representatives and the Senate are managed by moderators. The Texas representative elected one of their colleagues to serve as chairman of the House of Representatives, and today the speaker Joe Strauss was re - elected as his fifth term. The President of the Texas Senate is Deputy Governor Dan Patrick Vice Governor elected every four years by state voters. Being a moderator brings much power and responsibility. For example, everyone chooses which committee to delegate invoices, appoints committee members and chairpersons, and usually oversees the day-to-day operations of the lower house and the Senate floor. There are reasons why spokesperson and lieutenant are very strongly supported by advocacy groups - they have the unique advantage of being able to influence whether the question is green or red.
