Perhaps the way to define research is best done by understanding what is not. Although research is not a design, some people think that it includes aspects that are very similar to design. Some even call arts rather than science. I tend to agree with them because managing the various elements of the study is important for generating effective data. For this purpose, Trochim and Donnelly (2008) noted that one of the ways researchers use data collection is through research.

In order to understand the quality of the survey results obtained from the analysis based on the survey data, it is important to understand the representative of the survey (representative of samples) for participating companies and employees. The 3rd Emerging Administrator-oriented RAISE Conference introduced the results of the LP survey conducted with the participants of RAISE LP conference before the event. The main purpose of this survey is to understand that the current LP temperament is related to emerging manager's risk distribution.
