In 2008, researchers in Australia looked for differences between generations of personality and motivation. Their conclusion and findings are not "supporting the management of fixed ideas spreading in literature and the media." The team states as follows. "Even if differences are seen, these are related to age and not related to generations." 48 In 2010, Dr. Brenda Kowske of the Kenexa Institute reviewed the labor force survey data for 24 years to investigate generations Did. The difference lies in the same stages of their career. "There are some differences between generations, but there are major similarities, the differences are due to common cultural beliefs and values, business challenges, economic and working environments, or by a small fraction of the three maybe. .
While there are many studies showing that differences in generations can cause problems in the workplace, other studies indicate that workplace generations are not completely different and are not special considerations. Regardless of the reason behind the differences, organizations must accept these differences among employees and learn how to best form their needs. Baldonado and Spangenburg (2009) argued that "understanding intergenerational diversity enhances the competitive advantage of the organization, enhances adoption and settlement, and ultimately creates a stronger organization" ing.
