Secret marketing Secret marketing is a strategy that is not a type to attract consumers. This is where consumers do not notice what they sell. The purpose of secret activities is to create "sound" about new products. The greatest attraction of secret marketing is to provide a free "word of mouth" that it can cover many consumers. There are several ways to achieve this kind of marketing. One way is to hire a model or celebrity to drink a special new drink at the bar.
Secret marketing is basically to sell goods and services to people who do not know what they have just seen sales, and paying for actors to sell goods secretly is a favorite strategy for secret marketers. However, if you notice that participants are actually selling goods and services, this is an important turning point for your customers and may lead to an adverse marketing plan. Using the popularity of events to try to link brands to existing activities while minimizing pressure on financial resources is different from the basic principles of Ambush marketing. Alternatively, using your competing brand mistakes or mistakes, marketing yourself as a better choice is an alternative to ambush marketing.
There are many dramatic moments to show off terrible employees with the undercover boss. My favorite two come from the Boston market and the retro fitness drama. Boston Marketing's chief marketing officer conducted a secret investigation and experienced a fashionable college-era employee who had groaned about the customer's annoyance and dislike of customer service. Retro Fitness' s CEO witnessed an employee who played games on her cell phone, took selfie at the reception, and found a late person who had already paid for the gym. If these poor customer service experiences represent Retro Fitness and Boston Market brands, these brands have been hit hard and consumers may turn to other companies.
As I said before, I am all secret marketing. One aspect of my concern is that it may be out of hand. The government needs to sit down and establish legislation that the company adheres to. For the benefit of consumers, the company does not become out of control, giving the impression that it may be wrong. For me, secret marketing means that the marketing company is becoming more creative.
