Tony Dungy is the first author of the New York Times bestseller bestseller. He led Indianapolis Colts to the Super Bowl in 2007. This was the first victory for an African-American coach. Dungy played off eight of the top 10 teams. With this victory he joined Mike Ditcheka and Tom Flores and became the only one who won the Super Bowl as a player and head coach. Dungy joined Colts in 2002 after serving as the most successful head coach in the history of Tampa Bay pirates. He also served as a professor of the University of Minnesota, Pittsburgh Steelers, Kansas City Chiefs, Minnesota Vikings. Before becoming a coach, Dungy played in NFL in 3 seasons. Dungy is involved in various charities such as Christian athlete scholarship, athlete, life tutor, Big Brother Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, Prison Crusade, All Professional Dadd. He also cooperated with the hope basket, the National Assembly of the Black Coach Association, the Indiana Negro, the Central Way of Central Indiana, and the American Diabetes Association. He and his wife Lauren are the parents of six children: daughters, Tiara and Jade, and sons, Eric, Jordan, Justin and the late James Dungee. They live in Indianapolis, Indiana and Tampa, Florida.
