Definition: In the history of the United States, the word of rebuilding the age means the meaning of covering the whole American history from 1865 to 1877 after the civil war, and the transformation of the southern part of the United States from 1863 to 1877 It has two meanings of focusing. Restructure the country and society according to the instructions of Washington. From 1863 to 1869, President Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson took a moderate position to return the south to normal as soon as possible. Minutes Lincoln and Johnson's views continued until the election of 1866, which allowed radicals to dominate policies, remove the power of former coalition, and give the right to vote for free citizenship.
After being assassinated at Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865), President of 17th Andrew Johnson (1808-1875) took office. Johnson was the first US president who served and was impeached in the United States from 1865 to 1869. Prior to entering politics, Johnson fell into poverty and had not received formal education. He served in the Tennessee State Council and the US Congress and served as Governor of Tennessee. As a Democrat, he supports populist measures and supports state rights. During the American Civil War (1861-1865), Johnson was the only southern senator who was faithful to the Union. Six months after Johnson took over as Vice President of the United States in 1865, Lincoln was murdered. As President, Johnson returned the South to the Union and took a gentle approach to colliding with radical Republicans. In 1868, he was impeached by Congress, but he was not taken away. He did not run in the second presidential term
