Caffeine Many people often want to know what caffeine is. When separated in pure form, caffeine is a white crystal powder with a very bitter taste. The main source of pure caffeine is the process of coffee or tea without caffeine. Caffeine is used to provide "enhanced energy" or to increase agility. It is usually used to stay awake even late at night. Many people feel that they can not "work" in the morning. There is no coffee to serve caffeine.
