Two Types of Trusts

Both types of trust have two types of trust: Private and Public. Private trust is for individuals or classes that beneficiaries can enforce. Public trust is a charity trust, trust related to this task.

But there are two types of trust: cognitive trust, trust in reasonable decision making, and emotional trust, confidence based on emotional decision. (Every kind of trust has unreliable countries). In a sense, cognitive confidence is based on what we have chosen to know and emotional trust is based on our emotions and beliefs. Both types of trust are built into the CBL framework, but in NoC's work definition one element of the common trust definition has been omitted. I'm interested. This is because emotional trust often exceeds cognitive confidence. In other words, people often trust people who can not reasonably be considered for their best interests.

Trust has been used in various asset protection strategies, but there are two basic types of trust. It is irrevocable and irrevocable.
