Two theoretical social exchange theory and fairness theory related to breakdown of relations can provide a reasonable explanation about breakdown of relationship. According to social exchange theory, our relationship is based on minimizing cost and maximizing compensation, so we need to maximize cost and obtain the lowest reward, so the relationship collapses. But that is not that simple. Levinger (1976) argues that the possibility of marriage surviving depends on three main features.
Relationship theory arises from complex corporate - environmental relationships. As this term indicates, the interrelationship between the two is the focus of CSR analysis. As shown in Table 1, the relation theory can be further divided into four theoretical groups: 1) business and society, 2) stakeholder approach, 3) corporate citizenship, 4) social contract. Business and society are proposed to mean "business in society" in which CSR appears as an interaction between two entities. One measure of corporate social responsibility is to develop economic value in society. Another thing is that you have an obligation to consider the influence your decision and action on the overall social system. In the form of general relations, business people 's social responsibility needs to reflect the amount of social power they have.
The theory is a proposed relationship between two or more concepts. In sociology, the theory is the reason why certain facts about the social world are relevant (Marcionis & Geber, 2010, p. 14). The scope of social issues being discussed ranges from accurate description of a single process to examples and models for analysis and interpretation. Some theories try to tell us about the possible outcomes of future events in the social world, others have useful theory as a broader perspective to guide further sociological analysis (Calhoun, 2002, p1). The importance of the theory in the field of sociology can not be emphasized too much. Social conflict theory, structural functionalism theory, positivist theory, field theory, rational choice theory and other theories are used to explain social phenomena.
